Pro Development is preparing a JOY commercial gallery next to the Penny store in the town of Rupea, Brașov County.
Located at Strada Republicii, no. 268, JOY Rupea will have two units, already leased by Pepco and Jysk.
The land area where the commercial gallery is being built is 4,638 sqm, and the built area will be 1,773.90 sqm.
The retail park will also include 39 parking spaces, of which 4 are designated for people with disabilities.
For the Pepco store in the upcoming shopping center, hiring has already begun. The retailer is looking for a Store Manager and a Shift Leader.
Pro Development opened a retail park last year in the town of Balș, Olt County.
