As a rule, Pro Development SRL will not disclose personal data to third parties outside the company. Personal data is shared only with company members directly involved in communication and marketing analysis.

7. Retention period of personal data

All personal data of individuals who complete the contact form based on the legal ground of consent will be processed until the consent for personal data processing is withdrawn.

8. Rights of data subjects regarding the processing of personal data

Pro Development SRL ensures the exercise of the rights each individual has regarding the processing of their personal data and provides a complete explanation of these rights below:

Right of access. The data subject may request confirmation of whether their personal data is processed by the company, and if so, may request access to it, as well as certain information about it (as mentioned in Art. 15 of the GDPR). Upon request, Pro Development SRL will also issue a copy of the processed personal data. The right of access is a fundamental individual right that Pro Development SRL will respect. Pro Development SRL may refuse to respond positively to an access request if the data subject makes a request that is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

Right to rectification applies when Pro Development SRL holds inaccurate or incomplete personal data that the data subject has the right to request to be corrected or completed.

Right to erasure is exercised by the data subject by requesting the deletion of all their personal data from Pro Development SRL's records, and Pro Development SRL will proceed accordingly if there is no other reason for data processing, in accordance with legal provisions.

Right to restriction of processing applies when the accuracy of the personal data is contested, for the period necessary to address the situation. This right also applies when the processing of data is non-compliant, and the deletion of the data has not been requested. (as per Article 18 of the GDPR, which describes all situations where data processing can be restricted).

Right to data portability represents the right of the data subject to receive their personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. This right to portability will only apply to the personal data that the data subjects have provided directly, in electronic format.

Right to object consists of the possibility to object to processing based on the legitimate interest of the controller, depending on the specific situation of the data subject. If the data subject objects to processing for direct marketing purposes, the controller will immediately stop processing for this purpose.

The data subject's right to withdraw consent for the processing of their personal data by Pro Development SRL. Individuals who have given consent to receive specific information from Pro Development SRL can withdraw their consent by sending an email to office@provedelopment.ro.

The data subject's right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority. Data subjects who believe their rights have been violated can contact the National Authority for the Supervision of Personal Data Processing.
