Electric Charging Stations

AutoExpert.ro – Eldrive Romania and JOY Retail Park inaugurate new charging stations for electric vehicles.

The agreement between Eldrive Romania and JOY Retail Park will lead to the installation of new charging stations in Oltenia, Transylvania, and Moldova. These stations will include both direct current (DC) and alternating current (AC) sockets for electric vehicles.

The expansion of the electric vehicle charging network continues. Eldrive Romania has signed an agreement with JOY Retail Park, and will be installing charging stations in three cities strategically located across Romania.

The first two stations have already been inaugurated in Calafat, Dolj County. These stations feature four charging points: two direct current (DC) 50 kW and two alternating current (AC) 22 kW. This allows for the simultaneous charging of four electric or plug-in hybrid vehicles. Both stations are manufactured by ABB.

The stations are located within the JOY Retail Park complex, less than 20 km away from the Eldrive station in Bulgaria. As a result, there are now three Eldrive stations in the Calafat-Vidin area.
