Pro Development is constructing a commercial gallery under the Joy Retail Park brand near the Kaufland in Sovata​.

In the first modern shopping center in the city, retailers such as Jysk, KiK, Pepco, DM Drogerie, and the Polish sports retailer Martes will be present.

Joy Retail Park is located at str. Primăverii, no. 58, on a plot owned by Lomas SRL. The construction is a single-story building with a total area of 3,765 sqm.

The shopping park will offer 105 parking spaces, four of which are designated for people with disabilities.

Pro Development opened a retail park last year in Balș, Olt County, and is preparing two more parks in Rupea, Brașov County, and Roznov, Neamț County.
