With the opening of the first KiK store in 1994 in Düsseldorf Gerresheim, founder Stefan Heinig laid the foundation stone for one of the most successful entrepreneurial stories of the German retail store. The success of KiK Textilien und Non-Food GmbH rests on the development of a new business model called “textile discount”.
Currently, KiK is among the ten largest German retailers and has more than 3,400 stores across Europe – of which there are only 2,600 stores in Germany.
Our core business is the supply of quality good and affordable textile goods, which account for about 70% of the total assortment, while the rest is the supply of our Non Food items.

We are a retail discounter with a network of open stores across Europe where we offer family-friendly clothing as well as home-based products at the lowest prices. PEPCO started its activity in Poland in 2004 and became the market leader in the clothing and home products segment with over 800 stores and 5,500 employees. In 2013 PEPCO started its international development with the entry into the markets of the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and in 2015 we opened our first stores in Hungary and Romania.

Agroland is the largest network of agricultural stores in Romania. The company was founded in Timisoara in 1997 and in a few years has become the largest company in Romania that sells products for animals husbandry to small farmers. In recent years, the range of products has greatly diversified, in addition to day-old chicks, fodder and equipment for small and medium farms, besides pet food, Agroland also sells gardening products (vegetable and flower seeds, rose cuttings, vines, shrubs and fruit trees).
The concept „Agroland 1000” was lauched in 2015, since than they are offering a wide variety of products ( minimum 1.000 products)
